Main Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily accounting activities, ensuring accurate and timely data entry into the ERP system.
• Manage the ERP system by reviewing, reclassifying, and correcting data as needed, and collaborating with the ERP team to resolve system errors.
• Fulfill operational requirements by scheduling tasks, guiding staff on document printing and filing, and assigning duties to track work results.
• Update staff and other departments on regulatory changes, provide compliance solutions, and minimize compliance risks.
• Prepare and submit financial and accounting reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and monthly financial reports for corporate headquarters.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory requirements, including audits, various taxes (income, value-added, withholding, personal income), customs, and regulatory statistical reporting in accordance with Vietnamese Accounting Standards (VAS).
