We are looking for our new Talent Acquisition Operations & Analytics Partner CE (Continental Europe) M/F/X. Within the Talent Acquisition organization, you will be responsible for the development and execution of Talent Acquisition services in CE to ensure we are competitive, effective, and able to recruit the best quality talent to support long term workforce skills gaps and resourcing requirements.

You will translate our Talent Acquisition (TA) strategy into operational improvements. While combining your creativity, data driven and agility thinking with business expertise and a knowledge of recruitment technology (SuccessFactors is a plus) you will work closely with the TA team to ensure they have the End-to-End processes, knowledge, and methods in place to attract and recruit effectively.
