Salary: Up to £60,000

The Building Services Engineer role:

As Building Services Engineer, you will be responsible for the preparation of the estate’s major maintenance and lifecycle plan budgets, advising on the condition of the estate and carrying out an ongoing detailed assessment of the condition of the mechanical, electrical & plumbing services.
