An exciting opportunity to join our team at West Lancashire College has arisen due to maternity leave. This role is pivotal in the smooth running of the College and will involve working closely with the senior leadership team on a daily basis.

Discretion and confidentiality are essential, as well as excellent interpersonal skills and the confidence to interact with staff, students, visitors and stakeholders. The successful candidate will organise and co-ordinate diaries, schedule and minute meetings, liaise with multiple stakeholders, support events and welcome visitors. As the first point of contact with the College for many visitors, an approachable, friendly and competent attitude is a must.

We invite applications from those with experience in administration, customer service or personal assistant roles and strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
