We're looking for Support Workers in the Oswestry area, as a Support Worker you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support you provide. You will be supporting people who have varying needs and abilities but include;learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.

We have part-time support work available in Oswestry, Telford and Shrewsbury, we have additional hours available in our domiciliary care service for those looking at overtime.

Are you the person who can support our individuals day to day to live independently in their own home whilst promoting a safe, healthy and secure living environment? Your skills will lie in your ability to interact, build relationships and support our individuals in all aspects of their daily life which could include; social events, interacting with families and friends to encourage relationships and social development.
