We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrator / HR Administrator to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis

As the HR Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department and ensuring smooth operations. This is an administrative position that requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
• Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain employee records and update HR databases such as Applicant Tracking System
• Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including conducting orientations and preparing necessary paperwork
• Process employee changes, such as promotions, transfers, and terminations
