Position Summary

The European Telecommunications Office (ETO) Services team is responsible for developing and deploying new customer propositions across the EU region. As a result, we have a dynamic scope and a varied remit, being involved in proposition creation, content and services strategic direction and commercial partnerships.

Reporting into the VP of Content & Services team in Europe, this role has the potential to improve the lives of millions of users of Samsung devices by enabling them to protect all of their mobile eco-system Samsung devices with the market leading insurance proposition of Samsung Care+. You will be responsible for driving the performance, strategy and development of the Samsung Care+ proposition across Europe.
