What will you be bringing to the team?
• Provide technical guidance to subordinate technicians.
• Support the planning and management of Service Operations and Support Branch resources to meet SLA targets and additional commitments to projects.
• Act as POC for coordination of Service Interruptions with Enterprise Service Operations Centre.
• Manage local projects in the delivery of assigned services.
• Assist in the execution of the Communications and Information System budget for local services.
• Provide technical guidance Briefings to Chain of Command.
• Provide local crypto and network topology advice to Service Lines as required.
• Provide local radio and telephone system maintenance guidance and advice.
• Escalation of incidents to next-tier support.
