We are looking for an individual with 7+ years of experience in the Chargeback and Disputes Management specialist for Issuing and Acquiring Bank to work for a period of 12 months for a multinational company.

Roles:

· Facilitate knowledge transfer on how chargebacks and disputes work between Issuers and Acquirers.

· Provide insights to help Client design efficient processes.

· Contribute ideas for training materials created by Client Learning.

· Support with project management activities

· Provide guidance on Mandates and manage new compliance releases.

· Manage project schedules, risks and ensure timely resolution of any issues.

· Ensure project documentation is up to date.

· Create strong ties with vendors and workstream owners, ensuring their efforts align with project goals.

· Guarantee project deliverables meet quality standards.

Requirements, experience and skills

· Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, technology)
