Salary 200 000 lkr upwards depending on qualifications. Plus full service charge

As an Assistant Manager in the hotel, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. Working closely with the hotel General Manager, you will contribute to the overall success of the establishment by overseeing various departments and handling diverse responsibilities.
Key responsibilities

1. Guest Services:

Provide excellent customer service and reservations

and address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints

Answering all reservations and booking-related emails and inquiries

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes

Involve and monitor the hotel's social media platforms

Monitor and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction

Ensure the guest attraction and the overall image of the hotel during the General Manager's absence
