McGee Air Services is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our Seattle-Tacoma (SeaTac) Operational Leadership Team. The pay band for this role is $78,258 - $117,387 The Hiring Target for this role is $86,000 - $95,000 The Operations Manager provides day to day operational support to a team of Duty Managers and Operational Supervisors. This role will drive Operational Leadership around daily work functions as well as daily planning to include staffing, overtime, general operations and functional support to all operations teams.
