Looking for ex Coal Production Foremen/ Shiftbosses/ Training Personnel

This is a full-time on-site role as a Frontline Supervisory Coach with our company, for our leading Coal client based in the Emalahleni/Middelburg area. The Frontline Supervisory Coach will be responsible for providing coaching, training, and support to frontline supervisors to enhance their leadership skills and improve operational performance. They will work closely with supervisors to develop action plans, provide feedback, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, they will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for increased productivity and employee engagement.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a supervisory or coaching role min 5years experience( U/G, O/C)

Strong leadership and communication skills

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
