Duties

Major Duties for Management & Program Analyst - Human Resource Liaison

Analyzes and evaluates procedures, guidelines, and administrative processes in order to resolve conventional problems and situations in regard to district operations between all supervisors and the district assigned Human Resource Team at the Oregon State Office.

Conducts studies of functions and work processes that are common to the arrangement of the workflow between the district and our human resource servicing organization(s), such as routing of correspondence, work procedures, workload data, storage of files and records, etc.

Advises management on a variety of opportunities to increase effectiveness and provides suggestions for their implementation.

Gathers and reviews statistical and program data related to the activity being studied. Prepares
