Position: Senior Lean Manager

Location: Nagpur, Maharastra

Industry: MNC Tyre 1 engineering Manufacturing

Qualification: Engineering Degree prefered.

Experience: Minimum 15 years in any engineering manufacturing

Position Summary:

As the Lean Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving Lean Transformation within our Division by implementing the Lean methodologies and delivering hands-on training to associates. Your responsibilities include eliminating waste in administrative, manufacturing, and support functions, measuring progress through established scorecards, and ensuring consistency and sustainability of Lean practices across the division.

Key Responsibilities:
• Guide and lead all Lean initiatives.
• Provide hands-on training to associates in Lean methodology and tools.
• Measure and report progress using the Win Scorecard and PLS Lean Journey Assessment.
