We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Land/Community Manager to join an established team for a new overhead line project from Crossaig to Inveraray. This project is critical to enhancing the electrical infrastructure for SSE and requires a professional who can effectively manage land-related issues and foster positive community relations.

Key Responsibilities
• Land Management:
• Engage with landowners and tenants to negotiate access and easements.
• Resolve any disputes or issues related to land access and usage.
• Ensure all land agreements comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with surveyors, legal teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
• Community Relations:
• Act as the primary point of contact for local communities and stakeholders.
