EC Drummond Group are looking for a Health & Safety Advisor. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and implementing a culture of good health & safety practice throughout the group and will look at areas such as supporting compliance, reducing risks and providing guidance and implementation throughout this multi-faceted company.

This position will be Ross on Wye, Herefordshire based with regular travel to other parts of the business across the UK.

The Health & Safety Advisor will be responsible for:

· Maintaining and developing group Health & Safety policies and continuous improvement strategies

· Provide direction and assistance to Managers based at our satellite Agriculture, Poultry and Fruit production sites in the UK

· Visit sites and engage with Managers, ensuring responsibilities on site, ensuring compliance and keeping up to date with legislation
