To provide effective and confidential administrative support to the Global HR team .
Main Tasks & Responsibilities
• To perform general administration activities e.g. typing, e-filing, KPI reporting, compliance tracking, maintenance of Global HR Sharepoint site
• Creating and managing documents, spreadsheets and presentations
• Responsible for maintaining HR trackers, for publishing the information appropriately and for escalating performance issues where necessary
• To co-ordinate and organise communications, meetings and travel, ensuring costs are effectively managed
• Assisting with various finance tasks such as invoicing, budget tracking
• To undertake specific improvement projects in support of the function
• To support the end-to-end recruitment process of Global roles including raising of documentation, pre-screening of applicants, interview logistics and tracking on-boarding progress
