• Manage the training calendar, organization, supplier contact, participant registration, and HR support independently
• Identify new learning needs and enhance the training programs
• Engage and enhance the 'Toastmasters' community
• Contribute to the development and execution of new programs
• Evaluate training effectiveness and provide recommendations

How will you experience success with us?
• Enrolled in a Master's degree related to HR, Business, Project Management, or equivalent
• Previous experience in project management is advantageous
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Self-starter, detail-oriented, and punctual
• Adaptable and customer service-focused
• Ability to thrive under pressure
• Positive with a 'can-do' attitude
• Fluency in English and French
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Internship agreement with your school/university required
