Position Function:

Responsible for planning, directing, developing, and evaluating the activities of HVAC sales budget, manage and lead a team of Sales Managers and a team of Sales Agents in Western Canada, Toronto and Quebec. This would include building and maintaining business relationships with RNC clients/accounts, other internal departments, industry contacts and networks to meet or exceed the sales budget and strategy. Attend national, regional, and local trade shows.

Work Performed:

· Evaluate, measure, and implement the actions and strategies of the company’s sales activities within the

appropriate accounts.

· Continually work to identify new customers which will meet the profitability targets.

· The ability to communicate and influence customers, sales team, and sales agents.
