The successful candidate will form part of the Caledon Hatchery (Pty) Ltd. (Rearing/ Laying/ Hatchery) Team. This position is at our hatchery site based in Caledon.

This position will ultimately report to the Finance Manager of Caledon Hatchery.

Responsibilities:

Key Areas of Responsibilities will include the following but not be limited to:

· Assist with stock and ordering administration and capturing to be submitted to Finance Manager (BPM, Sage – Goods Received, Egg production)

· Assist with maintenance and ordering administration and capturing to be submitted to Maintenance Manager (BPM, Sage – Service Manager)

· Reconciling supplier orders and invoices for the Procurement and Maintenance function

· Following up on outstanding orders, invoices, and credit notes

· Following up on supplier queries

· Month End Procedures under direction of Finance Manager

· Daily, weekly, and monthly filing and accurate record keeping.
