Amberglen Retirement Village is situated in the scenic Kwazulu – Natal Midlands. We are home to 700 residents within the Estate and 45 within our Care Centre. We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse to work alongside our Care Centre Matron managing our team of nursing staff and carers. If you enjoy working with people, leading and co - ordinating staff within a medical environment this will be for you!

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead the nursing team effectively delivering inspirational leadership

Ensuring the continual delivery of exceptional nursing care

Manage health records and patient care plans

Provide the Matron with collaborative support with admin, management and delegation of work

Champion improvements to clinical standards and procedures

Identify staff learning needs and implementing in service training when needed

Always be approachable and accessible to residents, relatives and colleagues alike
