Responsibilities

As our new field service engineer (San Vittore Olona) you will be the front-line field service representative, responsible for fulfilling the customer’s expectations during field service activities, and will ensure:
• Excellent performance of troubleshooting, repair, installation & maintenance for Marel machinery at customer facilities.
• Preparation of installation and maintenance activities, aftercare of new installations and keeping in close contact with the customer while reporting the progress
• That customers are trained on Marel equipment / solutions
• That you will escalate situations where the service delivery to the customer is compromised, according to the company’s processes, to ensure the right support is provided
• Identify sales and service opportunities
• Technical & quality reporting
