General Information
• Position: Finance Coordinator
• Division: Operations
• Work Location: Kaleka Office, Denpasar, Bali

Key of Responsibilities
• Supervising daily transactions (bank payments, expense report verification, incoming cash).
• Maintain and control expense report database and employee payable/receivable to ensure timely submission and settlement.
• Ensure project financial report are prepared and submitted in a timely manner.
• Provide support to other teams to ensure compliance with financial SOPs
• Keep track of archives and compliance to SOPs.
• Provide assistance to managers and directors during financial audit process.
• Provide other relevant support as required.

Requirements
• Bachelor degree in accounting, financial management or relevant discipline from a reputable university, holding a master's degree is an advantage.
