We are working with a Global Healthcare company who are in the need of support and looking for an immediately available temporary HR Administrator/Recruitment Administrator. We are looking for the successful individual who has a great work ethic, excellent communication skills and is not phased by volume. Working within an extremely busy recruitment team, you will support the Recruitment Manager with all of the onboarding administration and pre-employment checks, whilst also arranging applicant interviews and sending through interview confirmations.

Typically you (and the rest of the team) will be working with around 40 live vacancies at any one time whilst also onboarding 50 or so new starters. To do this, you must have excellent attention to detail and be able to organise and prioritise your work effectively. You will be working with multiple excel spreadsheets and Workday.
