This is the ideal role for a Team and Process Leader looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.

The role of a Team and Process Leader is to guide and oversee the efficient operation of your area whilst supporting your team to achieve their day-to-day goals and contribute to the overall success of the client. Reporting and escalating to the Area Shift Leader when necessary.

Your hours of work would be 18.00 - 06.00 Monday to Friday with the possibility of some weekend work.

Your duties will include:
• Booking in Stock
• Processing Returns
• Maintaining staff productivity
• Ensuring packing standards
• Maintaining Audit Standards
• Responsibility for Afternoon Shift
• Batching and Processing Orders
