This idea grew and now we have shops and concessions in the UK and internationally, selling women's and men's clothing as well as beautiful accessories and homeware. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE OF THE JOB

The Shop Manager position is overall responsible for the performance of their shop. This role acts as a Shop Keeper taking ownership and the initiative to drive performance through managing KPI's, including customer experience, developing the team and ensuring White Stuff's presence in the local community.
