Location: Shaftesbury
A well-established business is looking for an HR Administrator to provide a professional and effective day-to-day human resource administration service for employees, managers, and other workers.

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient onboarding processes and ongoing compliance, supporting new starters through the onboarding process, and ensuring pre-employment checks and compliance documents are obtained in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. Along with a salary of £25,000 - £26000 (neg) per annum, you will also receive 25 days annual leave plus Bank Holidays, 20 wellness hours per year, and regular company events.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days working in the office
As HR Administrator , your responsibilities will include:
Maintaining accuracy of HR database and promptly updating employee details.
