The Group Finance department has following main fields of actions :
• Analyze assets, performance and forecast to support group CEO in driving the Group strategy and foreseen next strategies and priorities to succeed in achieving mid term goals
• works closely with business unit CEO and CFO to analyze performance, assess forecast and identify improvement drivers, support them in budgeting
• is key stakeholder in projects of modernization of processes and tools
• is responsible for production and analysis of management and statutory accounts group consolidated accounts, including the compliance to group and IFRS accounting principles
• is key stakeholder in post merger M&A operations

The FP&A department is the backbone for 3 of these 5 fields of responsibilities and is a key partner for the 2 others
