Role Description
• This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer at Olumuyiwa Aduroja & Co. located in Lekki. Resumption time is 8 a.m and only applicants who reside in Lekki- Ajah axis, Victoria Island, Lagos Island, Surulere and Yaba axis in Lagos will be considerd. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for handling a variety of legal tasks, including conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, preparing for and attending court hearings, and providing legal advice and support to clients. The Associate Lawyer will also collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage in negotiations, and represent clients in legal proceedings.

Qualifications
• Law degree from an accredited institution
• Admission to the bar and a valid license to practice law in Nigeria.
• Demonstrated experience in contract negotiation, legal research, and drafting legal documents
