YOUR ROLE

As a Warehouse Supervisor, you are responsible for the logistics processes at our site in Roosendaal. In this supervisory role, you, along with your team, are constantly looking to optimize work processes, aiming for the highest levels of quality and productivity. You have the ability to elevate and motivate your team. Additionally, you pay attention to details and improvement opportunities in processes that you are familiar with from A to Z, initiating improvements in coordination with the Operational Manager.

Your team consists of an assistant supervisor, and together, you oversee 20 operational employees who carry out daily tasks. You also have intensive communication with your colleague supervisor, jointly managing the department (55 FTE). You will daily interact with your manager.
