• Driving of portfolio planning, steering and underwriting excellence initiatives for one or more european markets in the liability division of HDI Global SE
• Steering local branches by KPI
• Co-creation of local underwriting strategy
• Ensuring execution on local underwriting strategy
• Referral underwriting for major accounts
• Upskilling and training of local underwriters
• Contribution to expert groups in underwriting topics and to the development of a true global underwriting community
• Foster collaboration amongst relevant stakeholders
