BUSINESS CONTROLLER - Your Tasks
• Offer financial and tax guidance to Asset, Transaction, and Portfolio Management teams to facilitate investment expansion.
• Assist in the creation of budgets and forecasts, as well as perform ad hoc financial analysis.
• Support real-estate property transactions, including acquisitions, disposals, financial, and tax due diligence.
• Work closely with the transaction team on deal structuring and financial agreements.
• Handle the preparation and negotiation of loan agreements with external lenders and oversee compliance.
• Ensure tax compliance of investment structures and aid in asset budgeting and forecasting processes.
