• Main purpose of the position

• Sustain and improve the Quality Management systems to secure that consistent high quality products are delivered to customers, and consumers according to legal and Carlsberg COM requirements.

• Ensure all legislative requirements associated with Quality and Food safety and all applicable Quality and Food Safety Standards (including ISO, AIB and GFSI standards) are being met throughout the site and supplier base

• Managing role for IMS program covering quality and food safety, to meet Carlsberg, customer, third party and legal requirements

• Ensure Food Safety and Quality Systems certification including (but not limited to) ISO 9001, AIB, GFSI, Organic schemes and customer audits

• Perform Quality trainings and provide constant coaching to operational teams

• Ensure monitoring of quality performance metrics on site, risk and opportunities are clearly understood in the organisation and acted on appropriately, including on trade/off trade... More Detail
