A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Tenant Engagement and Regulatory Compliance Lead in the Housing Team at Melton Borough Council.

We’re looking to recruit a highly skilled, self-motivated, and innovative individual to lead on tenant engagement and compliance with regulatory requirements:
• Are you passionate about listening to tenants and ensuring their views and voices are embedded into service delivery and improvement?
• Do you understand the importance of compliance with the new Consumer Standards for housing and bringing them to life through the homes and services we provide?
• Good at leading projects and engaging with people to achieve the right outcomes?
