Job Description

An experienced property maintenance manager with carpentry/multi trader skills is required for a diverse historic rural estate with a number of listed buildings including a Grade II* Listed House and a grade I listed historic landscape garden. As a registered B Corp business, we aspire to meet the high environmental and social standards. The role will include maintenance of historic residential and commercial properties, and managing contractors for renovation projects. This role will support someone who enjoys varied work, has practical building skills, likes managing projects with multiple contractors and enjoys working on historical buildings.

Salary is between £30k-£45k with 28 days holidays per calendar year (includes public holidays).
