Simon Acres Recruitment are proud to be working with a large merchant group, who are looking for a HR Administrator based in East Sussex.

This opportunity is paying £28,000, plus bonus.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm.

The Role:
• Responding to employee enquiries and providing general people/hr related information and guidance within set SLA.
• Supporting in preparing employment contracts, addendum letters, employee relation letters, note taking.
• Monitoring the probation process; liaising with managers in relation to probation review dates and escalate any extensions to the relevant HR People Partner.
• Scanning and uploading of documents to maintain a reliable and up to date People HR system.
• Maintaining employee records on People HR systems, ensuring the system is accurate and up to date.
• Supporting the People HR Partner’s and branches managing a variety of ER cases.
• Producing reports for key stakeholders as requested.
