Role Description

This is a contract role for a Building Management System (BMS) Engineer. As a BMS Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with managing and maintaining the building management system. This includes monitoring and controlling the building's mechanical and electrical systems, optimizing energy consumption, and ensuring the system operates efficiently. This is an on-site role located in Langkawi.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Experience with building automation systems, such as HVAC, lighting, and access control systems
• Knowledge of programming languages used for building management system integration, such as BACnet or Modbus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
