Our client in Truro City Centre are searching for experienced full time Front of House Waiting Staff to expand their friendly team on a permanent basis. You must have experience of working in hospitality or a customer facing environment, together with a real enthusiasm and passion for service excellence. Responsibilities (but not limited too):
• Explaining menu items, reviewing our wine and cocktail menu and talking about any daily specials
• Be able to answer questions about menu dishes, ingredients and any possible allergy questions
• Taking customers' orders for food and drink in a timely manner
• Passing customer orders along to kitchen staff - ensuring the ticket is written correctly
• Preparing drinks if needed and serving them to customers
• Collecting food orders from the kitchen, verifying that the order is correct, and delivering it to the customer
