? Job Opportunity: SEN Teachers/Teachers with SEN Experience ?
Are you a dedicated educator with a passion for supporting students with special educational needs? We're seeking qualified and experienced teachers to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide tailored support in 3-hour blocks to students who struggle to access the full curriculum in a classroom setting.
Deliver 1:1 sessions in students' homes or neutral settings like community libraries.
Work with students on a flexible basis, ranging from 4-week blocks to termly commitments, based on individual needs.
Ensure consistent availability to maintain stability and progress for students.
Deliver no more than 15 hours of support per week to each student.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and demonstrable experience working with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
