• To join a successful team in delivering exceptional customer service to our client across multiple areas.
• To support the Service Level Agreement by ensuring that all Site requirements are carried out effectively.
• To ensure all customer requests are dealt with efficiently and effectively.
• The role is paramount to the security and safety of the site, working to deliver task specific instructions accurately and consistently either in one location or across a range of locations.
