Inside Sales Representative

In-Office position (no remote or hybrid)

Requirements:
• 2+ years industrial inside sales experience, ideally within industries associated with mechanical or plumbing equipment and fittings.
• Strong Computer Skills – including use of MS Office – Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.
• College Diploma in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing etc considered an asset
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills - developing and maintaining business relationships with both external and internal customers, to include end clients, outside sales team, accounting team, materials and warehouse teams etc.
• Experienced preparing sales and delivery quotations, daily, weekly and monthly reporting, invoicing and collections.
• Experienced participating in inventory counts, trade show events and other supporting activities.
