Seeking legal secretary with the minimum 5 years’ experience in civil and commercial law experience.

Salary: Market related.

Location, Springs, Selection Park, Gauteng. Applicants residing within the vicinity of Springs, Brakpan, Boksburg, Nigel and Benoni will be considered.

Duties:

· Manage the administrative duties of a civil litigation, correspondence and commercial department;

· Manage the collection and allocation of fees invoiced;

· Manage the day to day operation of the abovesaid departments, including the dairies of the attorney(s) and the court dairies of the attorney(s);

· Manage the dairy system of the attorney(s);

· Proficient in Microsoft word, excel, outlook, Courtonline and Caselines;

· Able to carry out general duties of a legal secretary, including dictation, preparation of written correspondences, general telephone attendances, capture information for contract purposes and opening and administrating office files;
