People Readiness, Change Management Specialist, APAC

The Change Management Specialist, APAC you will support the regional change strategy and supporting initiatives by applying change management methodologies, communication planning, and organizational readiness support to PPG’s S/4 Transformation. You will also have responsibility for supporting the creation of the change strategy, plan and execution for prioritized APAC initiatives and scope within the program. You will support the APAC region execution of change management activities to foster relationships between the Connect PPG organization and its team members.

You will have dual reporting structure; The Change Management Specialist, APAC PPG Transformation will report to the People Readiness Operations Lead role within the program, and organizationally report to the Senior Manager of PPG’s Global Business Services Change Management Office.
