As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing and executing digital marketing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Develop strong, long-term relationships with clients and understand their business needs and objectives.
• Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, insights, and recommendations.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, technical, and strategy, to ensure timely and successful delivery of digital marketing projects.
Business Development:
• Identify opportunities for account growth and upsell additional services.
