What You Will Do

The Sales Coordinator will be part of the B&B (Book & Bill) Team processing high volumes of product sales orders, doing backlog review on a daily basis and be in close contact with sales and customers to ensure timely delivery to customers and manage all related aspect.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the whole order entry and order management process, from input of data up to invoicing and delivery.

The candidate will be well versed in all Microsoft programs including Excel, Power Point and Word, as well as Oracle system.

How You Will Do It
• Processing a high volume of product orders
• Processing invoices for all sales transactions
• Interaction with customers as related to orders, product availability, delivery scheduling and any other request
• Collaboration with local and foreign warehouses to manage transfer of goods
• Supporting the sales force with queries on product availability and delivery
