Asst Manager - Maintenance in Dharwad - Karnataka location - Automotive Experience

Qualification - BE in Electrical

Salary - 10 LPA

Exp - Min 6 to 10 years

Job Description:

Machinery and Automation Skills

o Hands on Experience in VMC, HMC, SPMs and Integration, Programming, Maintenance and troubleshooting

o Robots (Fanuc, Yaskawa, Epson)

o PLC & HMI

o CNC packages (Siemens, Fanuc, Mitsubishi)

Roles

• Expert in retrofitting of machines & electrical control panels with PLC & HMI system to enhance machine efficiency and reduce breakdowns.

• Hands on experience in integration of automation systems

• Oversee the maintenance operations of the Plant including Machine shop, Utility, Building & STP

• Monitor & analyze breakdowns, MTTR, MTBF, maintenance cost, power consumption & cost, identify trends, identify and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability of maintenance
