Join The Office of Human Resources (OHR) as we work towards becoming a 'People First' organisation. We’re seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to lead our Learning and Development team.

As the Head of Learning and Development, you'll collaborate with senior leaders and the Executive Director of OHR to craft and execute L&D strategy that develops people, skills and performance across the Isle of Man Government. You'll lead a dedicated team, design innovative training programs, and foster strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure the Isle of Man Government becomes an employer of choice.
