Arkon Recruitment are recruiting for experienced Moulding Setter in Sunbury-On-Thames!

Title: Mould Setter (Days)

Location: Sunbury-On-Thames

Pay Rate (DOE): £30,000-£35,000pa

Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 7 a.m. to 7 p.m

Role and Responsibilities:

Setter responsible for the changing mould tools and keeping moulding machines working at their optimum.

This will include the following duties:
• Installing mould tools within machines ensuring that tool changes are carried out in a safe and efficient manner.
• Setting machine, robot and ancillary equipment parameters to recorded settings to ensure that they are running efficiently in accordance with the costed cycle times.
• To ensure that Masterbatch units are calibrated correctly in accordance with the Works Order Form.
• To submit first off samples to Quality Assurance for approval prior to main production runs and to ensure machine is not released for production until this approval has been received.
