I'm recruiting on behalf of an amazing organisation for an experienced HR Administrator who are based in Pudsey, LS28.

You will provide the HR department with an effective and efficient service, liaising with front line staff and managers on a day to day basis.

Duties
• Dealing with Employee Welfare
• Dealing with clients / queries / problems
• Recruitment – including apprenticeship partners etc
• Disciplinary / Grievances
• Onboarding
• Conducting Interviews
• Keeping up to date with policies/ procedures and company handbook
• To manage a range of HR management reporting statistics/KPI's from the PS database, (e.g. turnover, absence report, workforce profiling) ensuring that such information is accurate, up-to-date and easily accessible.
• To prepare and issue employment contracts for all new employees across the Organisation (and revisions as necessary), according to agreed SLAs
