My client is looking for a flexible, self-starting individual with extensive experience in marine and site works to fulfil the role of Clerk of Works. This position requires out-of-hours and weekend work, and participation in an on-call roster to coordinate contractor responses to emergency breakdowns. This is permanent opportunity with travel to various sites within the region. Salary £45,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Estates Manager in planning and scheduling construction activities.
• Manage and oversee construction workers, ensuring adherence to CDM, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Monitor project progress, adjusting as necessary to meet agreed timelines.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations managed.
• Participate in site meetings and provide progress reports to the Estates Manager and other stakeholders.
